Please understand that the coronavirus pandemic has affected the supply chain for recreational vehicle manufacturers and their parts suppliers as well, which limits our ability at times to get necessary parts and products to complete delivery and service of units. Our sales and service teams are going above and beyond to try to maintain some sense of normalcy, but we also must ask you balance your expectations with the significant challenges we face operating under conditions of material shortages and delays in receipt of product.
